A Major Plan Goes Undiscussed
As USC prepares to push it's broad plan for expansion -- the USC Master Plan -- through the L.A. city council, the plan is making waves among city leaders, members of the community and local activists. But for the students, professors and other members of the Trojan community, the Master Plan has gone largely unnoticed. The result is that there has been little discourse about a plan that could change the face of this university.
